Winny Shen, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies at the Schulich School of Business, York University. Trained as an organizational psychologist, Winny's teaching and program of research focuses on how workers from diverse backgrounds and the organizations that employ them can work together to promote worker health, happiness, and productivity.
