Our organizational wellness assessment and the questionnaire is focused on six dimensions of wellness:
- Physical: Practicing behaviours that support physical health and safety.
- Emotional: Managing emotions to cope with stress, enjoy life and maintain healthy relationships.
- Occupational: Obtaining personal fulfillment from work or daily activities.
- Financial: Feeling financially secure in a way that provides freedom of choice in the present and future.
- Social: Building and maintaining supportive relationships and dealing effectively with conflict.
- Intellectual: Engaging in mentally stimulating activities and expanding knowledge through cultural, artistic and skill-based learning.
This may include details from your company’s human resources department on talent attraction (e.g. offer acceptance rates, time to fill position), productivity (e.g. absenteeism, disability) and talent attraction (e.g. voluntary/involuntary turnover). This performance will be ranked against national, provincial and/or industry-specific standards.
